Exclusive luxury villa in Son Gual, built with top quality materials and decorated with great style on a private plot of 9000 m². In its landscaped gardens of 3,000 m2 there is a 10 x 5 m pool with barbecue, swings, tennis court. Volleyball court, gym. Games room with billiards, table football, board games, children's games… everything you need to spend a pleasant, relaxing and comfortable holiday with family or friends.
15 minutes from Palma and wonderful beaches.
Son Gual is a privileged area of Mallorca. Its situation allows you to contemplate the wonderful views of the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana. An exclusive and new luxury villa located in a beautiful area of Mallorca, 450 m2 built and distributed on 3 floors with elevator.
The main floor consists of 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to terrace, large living room with access to covered terrace and pool, comfortable sofas and high-end furniture, TV, satellite channel, dvd, free WIFI, fully furnished and equipped kitchen , courtesy toilet and laundry.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to covered terraces and balconies.
The lower floor there are 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, bathroom. a large room with billiards and table football, board games, cellar, small gym.
All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
The facades, terraces and exteriors of natural stone, marés and wood are integrated in harmony with the landscape environment.

Amazing place to stay

The property was amazing, it had everything you needed , Which made the holiday so relaxing. The owners were lovely and welcoming and on arrival given us a traditional bake cake and a bottle of wine . The photo don’t do it justice and we would recommend this house to anyone .

excellent villa close to Palma for a large company

Large and very clean villa with a view on Palma, having a car is a must as there are no shops / restaurants in close proximity. Very nice hosts, lots of welcome treats and information about Mallorca. Clean and large rooms and bathrooms, huge outdoor space with a pool and tennis court. Would definitely recommend for 2-3 families looking for an active holiday.

Wonderfully appointed villa. Decor and equipment exceptional. Exactly right for a relaxing holiday. Only one point that could be improved upon was to heat the pool as water a little too cold for April. The owner was extremely helpful about the area and provided useful tourist information. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Blick auf Palma fantastisch

Wir wurden herzlich von den Eigentümern trotz später Ankunft 23:30Uhr empfangen. Die Villa ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für ganz kleine Gäste, einen Volly-Fußballplatz, einen Tennisplatz, Wäscheplatz uns. Aktivitäten ihr müsst Sie selber sehen Es ist einfach fantastisch. Traumhafter Finca-Urlaub

Die Finca sah auf den Bildern schon toll aus, in natura war sie noch schöner. Wir waren alle begeistert und auch der Kontakt mit Coloma, Andreu und Humi war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab u. a. den sehr leckeren mallorquinischen Kuchen. Der Tennisplatz wurde täglich genutzt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tennisurlaub mit Familie

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Finca, haben die Finca aber nur zum einkaufen (20 Min entfernt) verlassen. Der Tennis-Sandplatz war in einem herausragenden Zustand und der Pool ist traumhaft. Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Palma ist herrlich, allerdings muss man je nach Windrichtung mit leichtem Fluglärm rechnen. Dafür gibt es auch immer was zu sehen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war einfach toll von Anfang die Gastgeber sind einfach super nett und aufmerksam. Wir sind begrüßt worden mit Wein und Kuchen. Danke dafür Andru und seiner Frau. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses war einfach toll und ließ nichts zu wünschen über, die Aussicht war einfach toll, nach einer Woche wurde das ganze Haus gereinigt und Andru hat Kuchen und süßes zum Frühstück mitgebracht einfach toll. Ein super Urlaub. Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben umgehend bei Fragen/Problemen geholfen. Tennisplatz und Spielplatz wurden intensiv genutzt. Für den Pool war es aufgrund des Windes etwas zu frisch. Toller Ausblick, Lage etwas abgelegen aber mit Auto kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben es genossen, mit unserer Familie 14 Tage in dieser überragend schönen Finca zu sein. Es war sehr beeindruckend, diese Größe und Weite zu erleben. Die Finca mit ihrem riesigen Gelände ist top gepflegt, der Garten allein ist schon ein Erlebnis. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. In der Küche gibt es 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Kapsel und Pulver), Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Dampfgarer, Backofen, Mixer und großer Kühlschrank mit großen Tiefkühlfach, Töpfe und Pfannen in jeder Größe , mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Wir hatten einen Showcooking- Service an einem Abend gebucht. Auch die Köche, die für uns gekocht haben, waren begeistert, wie die Küche ausgestattet ist. Außerdem war schon am ersten Tag alles da, was man noch so braucht (Waschmittel, Geschirrspültaps, saubere Lappen usw.) Am Samstag nach einer Woche kamen 4 Putzfrauen. Die komplette Bettwäsche und alle Handtücher wurden gewechselt, die Zimmer geputzt und aufgeräumt. Auch das hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Unser Gastgeber Andreu war immer für uns da. Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet. Son Gual ist ein kleiner Ort in der Nähe von Palma. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Im kleinen Laden im Ort gibt es nur das Notwendigste. Natürlich sieht und hört man die Flugzeuge vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen. Wir fanden es nicht störend. Wer absolute Ruhe möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen „überragend, wunderschön, beeindruckend“ 100% Weiterempfehlung und nochmal vielen, vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Andreu.

Schönes gepflegtes großzügiges Anwesen

Das gesamte Anwesen ist großzügig und es fehlt an nichts. Das Gebäude ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist eine schöne Location für einen Familienurlaub. Vielfältige Aktivitäten auf dem Grundstück sind möglich schwimmen Tennis spielen Billard und vieles mehr. Das großzügige Haus bietet vielfältige Aufenthaltsbereiche. Kurz um es war eine sehr schöne Woche.
