  • Villa of 500 meters of housing and 1000 of plot, center of Palma, license in force. Exclusive as it is within Palma city due to local restrictions in the center. A 10-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo, 5 minutes by car from the cathedral, historic center and Bellver Castle. Own pool. Nearby forest to walk with/without pets. Supermarket and gas station less than 1 minute by car. Motorway exit 1 minute by car. Main bathroom adapted for the disabled. There are 3 bicycles and one for children to enjoy the wonderful city. (Ask before check-in).
    There is a very complete gym, as well as a tennis and paddle tennis club less than a 5-minute walk away.
    NO PARTIES OR NOISE ARE ALLOWED AFTER 12:00 PM.
