In addition, it is located just 10/15 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport. It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool surrounded by grass where you can cool off and spend pleasant moments with family. Inside you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a cozy living-dining room, four bedrooms (one of them with a terrace) with capacity for 8 people and three bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and a toilet). To protect our guests from theft and assaults, the address is approximate. \-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for the preservation of the environment.
