The communication with the agency was great and they took very good care of us, also checking during our stay if everything was ok. We stayed 6 nights here during New Year’s Eve and the flat couldn’t have been in a better location! 5 minutes walk to the cathedral with so many restaurants and shops all around. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. We were traveling with 2 young children and elder parents, and the place slept 6 comfortably. Communications and check-in with the host was very smooth, we had a late evening flight out and was able to keep our bags and suitcases in the flat until the evening. This apartment provided us with an excellent base to explore one of our favourite city resorts. Being "foodies",staying in La Llotja allowed us to rediscover old favourite haunts in the old town and close enough to discover new edgier parts of the city. The apartment was well equipped enough for our professional chef son to cook us a fabulous meal from ingredients sought from nearby markets. We also discovered an amazing vegan restaurant in Born. Ofcourse we had to visit the beach and swim in the sea,anima beach bar helped us survive the hot September weather with welcome refreshments!!! Big thanks to Naika and Noemi at homeaway who kept us informed of the arrangements and organised for us to have a late check out. ##### Gillian V.
