Hello, I had a very bad experience and here are my comments.
1)I called one day before asking for parking. The receptionist told me 'dont worry there is no problem, when you arrive we will provide you with private parking' however when I arrived the other receptionist told me 'you had to pre-book parking because we only have 7 places therefore is fully booked'and I had no parking in the end (!) although I called to make sure this doesnt happen.
2) When we arrived there is no place to unload the car with luggage. bare in mind I am travelling with kinds hence loads of luggage, strollers, baby in arms, car seat, etc..
3) My husband was looking for parking as it was a busy night there was nothing available nearby so I got down the car and went to the lobby to ask for advice and there was nobody at the desk for about 15 mins.
4) I asked for help at the reception and a guy called Alberto told me'I am alone hence I cannot help you.
5) Alberto was very rude and unwelcoming. I was very surprised because as a Marriot Bonvoy I am not used to this rudeness.
6) I asked for a baby bed crib, he replied 'if I find one I will send it to you but I think they are all taken'.
