Lovely Home, Sun City Palm Desert
- Beautifully appointed, light & bright, 2 bedroom, 2 bath has nicely coordinated furnishings and pleasant neutral colors. Sun City is an oasis with lovely landscaped grounds and a 55+ active adult community. This Barbados plan has a spacious kitchen with a sunny dining area. Living room is open to dining and kitchen and has HDTV and DVD player. Spacious master suite with King Bed, HDTV and walk-in closet. Berber carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen has tile counter tops, upgraded cabinets, new refrigerator and dishwasher. There are (3) ceiling fans w/ in the living room & one in each bedroom. Master bath has large enclosed stall shower w/bench. Guest/Hall bath has enclosed tub/shower. There is direct access to home from double garage through utility room. The private rear yard is fenced and enjoys morning sun, has an enlarged patio that is partly covered with dining set. Home includes a BBQ, and washer & dryer. Home is walking distance to the Sunset View Clubhouse, Bocci Ball and Boulevards restaurant. The Lakeview Clubhouse is for renters use and is less than a mile away.
30 day minimum lease. For Leases over 3 Months, Guest will repay utilities after 3 months. Guests will need to purchase guest pass and show lease agreement for use of Lakeview Clubhouse. Inquire with owner.
