    The yard offers tranquility and relaxation in a lovely setting. A beautiful pool is surrounded by tall palm trees, gorgeous mountain views, and is very private. Additional outdoor amenities are a BBQ grill and several seating areas, including one with a fire pit. Located in the famous Movie Colony, you are within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, where you will discover downtown shopping, Ruth Hardy Park, art galleries, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and many fine restaurants. A serene and beautiful place in the desert awaits you, only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport.

This is the second time we stayed at Lima Modern. Only for a long weekend in June. Ironically the coolest it’s ever been in Palm Springs during our stays. Lima is a great house. Very clean. Very bright. All you would need for a wonderful stay. Near everything. Of all the places we have stayed with a pool this pool is the best. It is absolutely private. The walled patio and high reaching bamboo and shrubbery offers you a complete private oasis. Can’t praise this place enough.

Francie was an amazing host. Very responsive and met all our requests. Location is close to Ruth Hardy Park and walking distance to downtown. We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed the heated pool every day. Kitchen was well equipped to meet all our needs.

Francie, the host saved our getaway! We had to depart our previous vacation rental due to the condition of the home. This was a last minute reservation. Francie made the process with sign in paperwork so easy. The home was just perfect, quiet and relaxing. The home, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and the addition of the little fans for the bedrooms were perfect for air circulation as it was not hot enough to run the air a night. The home is perfectly situated to everything. We would recommend the home to anyone looking a nice getaway. We give it 5 stars!!!Robert & Linda

We loved our stay here, I would say it’s nicer than the pictures on the listing. It’s in a great location and we loved exploring the neighborhood on the bikes. So close to the airport and downtown but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Spent most of our time in the pool. Back patio secluded and great Mountain View’s. Great location close to downtown Palm Springs.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is our second time staying at the Lima House and we love everything about it. The location, views, pool and comforts are so lovely and Francie is fantastic to work with and very accommodating. We’ve already booked again!. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great Vacation Stay!

We had a great vacation and would absolutely come back again. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The house and property are very well kept with lovely mid century modern decor. Our 13 yo really enjoyed splashing in the heated pool! the neighbourhood is lovely to walk in and close to all the amenities. We highly recommend staying here!

Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. Pool was tranquil and perfect temperature. House had everything you need. Quiet Stay

We had everything we needed. The home is more modest than some, but the photos are accurate and the property is very private. Cute decorating and very comfortable, fun inside and out. I loved the in-house washer and dryer, and cool bedrooms. You’ll enjoy your oasis in Palm Springs!

Great location

From arrival to departure this was wonderful. Home met all of our needs. Great View to the mountains. Easy to get to downtown and to hiking. Very comfortable and set up to cook and eat at home if desired. Quiet location and easy walk to park and movie colony. Access to main roads very easy. Recommend this place to anyone.
