Relax and unwind in the comfort of the primary suite, where you will find a plush king bed draped with high quality linens. In the ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, enjoy the luxury of Public Goods Spa amenities and thirsty white towels. The primary bedroom features direct access to a private walled front courtyard, adding additional living space to your suite. It features privacy, located away from the other bedrooms. A second King bedroom has sliding glass doors to the backyard. Just across the hall, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be joined into a 3rd king for the 3rd couple. With good separation from the other bedrooms, there is a versatile family/media room with sectional sofa, large TV, and a comfortable queen bed. These 3 guest bedrooms share a remodeled bath with shower over tub. THE NEIGHBORHOOD - TAHQUITZ RIVER ESTATES This desirable neighborhood is situated just over a mile south of downtown Palm Springs.
