Spanish Mission in Gated Private Golf Club

Your Mission, If You Choose To Accept It…

This home’s Spanish Mission style keeps an amazingly warm and intimate feel. However, its large footprint affords you the ability to spread out for ample privacy. It sits on an expansive double lot with its own private pool and spa. Thus, giving you plenty of space for everyone’s needs and offering an incredible amount of luxurious room. It does all this while being in one of the most sought-after gated communities in Palm Desert - featuring 24/7 staffed access control & security service. To continue in this home’s uncomment manner, it is close to dining, shops, trails, etc. The backyard is on a double fairway for your ultimate privacy and majestic views of the open fairways and breathtaking mountains.

AVONDALE GOLF CLUB is perfectly located to enjoy the best in entertainment, sporting events, shopping, and dining in the area, all within a 15 to 20-minute drive. Including high-end shopping and fine dining at ‘The Shops of El Paseo’ (the dessert’s equivalent of Rodeo Drive), The River shopping centre has many cafes, restaurants, and cinemas and thriving City centre Palm Springs. The area is a golfer’s dream, with over 100 courses.

It is important to us for your stay at our home to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. AVONDALE GOLF CLUB is situated in a residential community where it is essential to respect all community members. No loud outside noise is permitted after 10:00 pm. Violation of this will result in a $1,000-$5,000 fine will be levied by the desert cities for breaches of any ordinances and the possible forfeiture of the remained of your lease without refund.
