It is a resort community that has permanent guests, so you can expect a real quiet neighborhood which was great. We really enjoyed the easy access to the pool area too. My only very minor complaint was that you need to use the main entrance for entry/exit which is quite a drive from the rental. Not a deal breaker at all though. The grounds are exquisitely maintained and, with the number of palm trees, has a Hawaiian feel. The home is beautiful with a great view of a pond with a fairway right behind it. The patio is well appointed with a sofa, fire pit and (2) lounge chairs. Great place to hangout and relax! The home is spacious with plenty of room and enjoyed cooking a dinner while there. The main bedroom, in the back of the home, has plenty of closet space and a large bathroom area. The second bathroom, in the front of the home, has (2) full beds with an enjoining bathroom. The distance between the two allows for privacy. The Palm Valley Property Management team is easy to work with and also fantastic! This was a last minute booking (within 2 weeks of arrival)!
