Enjoy a private dock with boat access, kayaks for exploring the water, and a resort-style pool and hot tub. Unwind by the outdoor fire pit and take in serene waterfront views. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this home is the perfect setting for an unforgettable family vacation. ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 ☛ After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. ☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning fee incurred. ☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. ☛ Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday (by 9am). \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins back up to the house. Leaving them out could result in a fine from Public Works that you\`ll need to cover, along with any associated charges. ☛ Pool Cleaning occurs every Tuesday. ☛ PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in. ☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking in the house. ☛ Tampering of outdoor security cameras will be charged $500 fine. ☛ An additional fee of $500 will be applied if any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are found in the property following guest checkout. ☛ For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest. ☛ Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. This was a home, not a shoddily put together flip, filled with plug in air fresheners and whipped together. A breath of fresh air with comfortable beds to boot. I would 100% stay there again for my next business trip to the South Florida area. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Stuart. I prefer to eat in instead of dining out. I was rather impressed with the kitchen that was fully equipped with home grade quality cooking pans and utensils. The hosts were accommodating, friendly and fast with communication.
