Our hot tub was perfectly heated throughout our stay, which was needed given the weather this time of year can be variable. The staff were super friendly, professional and accommodating, always available via WhatsApp to help arrange transfers/lifts across the island at short notice. Given taxis on the island are few and far between, and we were drinking vinsanto most days, this was invaluable - the only alternative would be car rental and considerably less vinsanto! The hotel is a great location for the best vineyards on the island, and very convenient for both Fira, Oia and the airport. All in all, a lovely modern, convenient hotel, with great staff and incredible views. Would stay again!" Breakfast each morning was very fresh, personalized, and plentiful. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful making suggestions if needed. For this property and location you do need to rent a car, which we did. There is parking available at the property. We would most definitely stay here again!"
