Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building.
Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why).
But overall was good, we would stay again.
Canadian couple in for the winter games.

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

The room is bigger than expected and check in is quick. They have 2 property opppsite each other, with the latter just using card access for entry though they do have cctv monitoring it. But door close within 2 to 3 sec after entering hence it is pretty safe for solo traveller.
