Situation: extrêmement bien située entre la mer et les boutiques sans avoir les désagréments du bruit puisque rive gauche. Rive droite ça doit être très bruyant . Appartement très bien entretenu. Tout y est. Consulter mes photos pour vous en assurer. Il y a une terrasse plein sud couverte, l'été impraticable en pleine journée car trop chaude mais très agréable en fin de journée ou le matin. Une autre terrasse aménagée où il y a la cuisine est très bien agencé. La climatisation est très efficace. Table à repasser, fer et sèche cheveux . La wifi avec sont code fonctionne malgré une vitesse réduite mais je ne suis pas venu pour travailler 😀 Salle de bain et douche parfaitement fonctionnelle. Papier toilette . Frigo et congélateur bien appréciable pour faire une énorme réserve de glace pour la semaine au prix d'une glace en terrasse à proximité. L'appartement se situe au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. A noter, la machine à café classique avec filtre (filtre Num. 2) il y en avait lors de mon passage . Une vrai machine à laver . Pensez à prendre une pastille ou deux, ça vous éviteras d'acheter une boîte . Étendage sur la terrasse . Un vrais four pour faire des petit plats. J'ai trouvé de quoi laver le sol, nettoyer la plaque à induction, tout y était huile, farine, herbes, sel poivre etc... si vous achetez laissez pour les suivants si ce n'est pas périssable. À manger : Si vous aimez les moules frites je vous recommande ""le Corsaire "" à 100m c'est à volonté pour 20€ sans réservation. Si vous aimez les fruits de la mer, ""l'escargot de mer"" en face rive gauche, paie pas de mine mais ils ons une spécialité excellente. Je ne suis pas joueur mais vous avez un casino à 50 mètres. 🙁 Ce qui a été signalé au Personnel. -Les couverts IKEA arrivent en fin de vie. -la wifi semble-t-il un peut capricieuse mais néanmoins fonctionnelle. Côté pratique parking : -Le point compliqué c'est le parking pour ceux qui comme moi sont venues en voiture . Le moyen le plus zen que je vous conseil : Trouver une place pas trop loin du logement, payer 1h 1€50 et rencontrer Karim pour la réception du logement . Facile ensuite de retourner à la voiture et prendre ces affaires . Après 1h, le temps de s'installer , je vous conseil le parking proche de de la salle bleu, gardé... ##### Agence C.
