Staff were unhelpful, taking personal calls in front of clients whilst we were waiting to check in. Requested early check in, they advised they would try their best ahead of our stay but this wasn’t possible to even be prioritized ahead of the other rooms. No safe in the room. Shower is tiny and only enables cold water. No mini fridge in the room either. Location was good. Staff were unable to provide a map of the area or even explain where things are located. Staff couldn’t even recommend any tour companies for day trips to surrounding areas. Very disappointing.

We are sorry that your experience with us has not been good. We are not used to taking personal phone calls during check-ins, the cell phone we use is the company of the Hotel. Check-ins normally start at 2pm and if possible we always try to prioritise arrivals. The safe is available at the front desk. We are always available to give information and suggestions that make you feel at home and we are sorry if in your case it was not so. Have a nice day

Nice stay
The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking available at the property. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable and the shower was tiny. It’s located in a great location as you can walk to restaurants and the sea in a couple minutes.

Lovely place
Lovely family run place-they make fresh cakes and pastries for breakfast! Yummy! Only issue is WiFi is only available in lobby so in case you need WiFi just be aware

Good basic hotel
This is a basic hotel with simple, no-frills but comfortable rooms and no restaurant on site. The staff were friendly. Not much to do in this town in off season but in no way the fault of the hotel.

Good clean hotel near to marina
A very enjoyable stay. The location was well maintained, very near to all restaurants and bars and had its own car park - complete with a jasmine bush in all its glory. The reception staff spoke good English and were friendly and very helpful, particularly with regard to local restaurants and services to Maddalena. The room was good, albeit with a slightly small ensuite bathroom. Some more clothes storage would be good. The view from our room was across the street, but we know that other rooms have excellent views of the marina etc. The breakfast was good and with a reasonable choice of food. We can recommend this hotel to future guests.

It's ok, a budget hotel that is clean & offers city centre parking. The facilities are however dated and will need updating sooner rather than later. Moderate breakfast offered with no hot food options.

Haven't planned to stay in Palau overnight, but changed our plans and booked this hotel. good location, small and quit. thats all you need for a stay for one night. only one minus - not a big choose of food for breakfast. my rating is 4 from 5. in general - good

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Our shower kept running cold intermittently and there was no air conditioning due to the time of year even though it was still very warm and it was advertised as having aircon. It wasn't great value considering.

Good value, right in town.
Room smaller but very large beautiful terrace overlooking city. Pillows very thin. Shower small, water ran hot and cold. Service excellent, nice breakfast. Wifi good and on 1st flr rm had wifi. Ladies were friendly and attentive. Note laundry facilities not on site but only one block away.

Cozy with good location and nice food
We had a very nice stay all in all and even extended it by one night once we were there. Good service, central yet quiet location, good restaurant, decent rooms with good aircon. However, the walls are very thin and the door is far from sound proof either so your sleep quality depends on having quiet hotel neighbors.

Superb
I stayed here with my girlfriend for our first night in Sardinia. Loved Palau, its a great town, and the hotel was in a great location. The hotel and room were very clean, very comfortable and the air con very cold (it was 35 degrees!). Breakfast was excellent and it was very good value. The staff were also really nice. We liked it so much we stayed here for another night when we changed our plans to spend some more time around Palau. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Hôtel construit sur de la roche. Original. Chambre de dimension correcte. Salle de bains petite. Grande terrasse. On avait réservé un grand lit mais on nous a proposé deux petits lits !! Petit déjeuner moyen. Wifi uniquement dans le hall. Parking sécurisé.

Nice stay in Palau
Clean room, nice beds. Rooms could be a bit bigger. I also missed elevator. Good parking spot. Good breakfast (coffee is made in a proper espresso).

Hotel semplice e pulito dotato di parcheggio interno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato in zona strategica per raggiungere il centro di Palau (anche a piedi), ma anche per imbarcarsi per La Maddalena (sia in auto che a piedi). Colazione ottima e varia con torte fatte in casa.

Koselig lite hotel.
Koselig lite hotel. Hotellet var veldig rent og koselig med nydelig frokost og god service. Vi hadde litt problemer med å få vann i dusjen ellers var alt veldig bra! Hotellet ligger fint plassert midt i sentrum med kort vei til flere strender. Vi var der i 7 netter og trivdes veldig godt! Hilsen Marit

ラマダレッダ諸島観光に便利なホテル
パラオの港や町に徒歩圏内の便利なホテル。駐車場も隣接していて、レンタカーでの移動でも大変便利。1962年に建てられたという事で、3階建ですがエレベーターがありません。荷物は階段で運ばなけれな行けないので、このホテルに宿泊を考える方は2階の部屋をリクエストするのが良いと思います。Wifiの環境は良くありません。受付近辺でしか入りませんでした。

Ci sono piaciuti la posizione, in pieno centro, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, in particolare di Daniela, la colazione sia dolce che salata ed il parcheggio privato. Non ci è piaciuto il fatto che la camera fosse priva di frigo soprattutto visto il periodo estivo (la struttura ci ha noleggiato un minifrigo al costo di Euro 5,00 al giorno), senza Wifi (funzionava solamente in prossimità della reception). Con alcuni accorgimenti potrebbe essere il top.

Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Familiere Atmosphäre. Frühstück gut.Wasserdruck beim Duschen könnte höher sein.Die Lage ist schön ruhig und doch zentral zum Hafen,Stadt und fussläufig zum Strand.

O hotel è muito confortável, um "lobby" muito bonito com a pedra "aprisionada". Bom café da manhã. Bom quarto, bom tamanho do box. A recepcionista Laura foi fantástica, nos ajudou muito. Bem localizado, com garagem própria. Pena não ter internet no quarto e sem elevador, mas o acesso é facil se vc. ficar no 1o.andar. Muito rcomendável
