"Things I liked:
Location of hotel; Mall Road.
Quality of service (staff) was good; courteous staff.
Room was clean.
Airport pickup and drop service was efficient.
Good WiFi connection in the room.
TV: Many channels/choices.
Weaknesses/Needed improvements:
Room was not ready regarding water bottles; fruit tray, few bathroom items, etc.
Dated/old furniture in the room; spots on chairs and sofa; needed thorough cleaning.
Old carpet in the room; will require replacement.
AC thermostat, not properly working.
Breakfast buffet: Limited fruit choices; do not provide canned fruit; yogurt was not available.
Laundry service was slow; also quality of washing was sub-standard.
Executive lounge: Food choices were pretty limited. Provide more food items especially fruit and vegetables.
Hotel lobby: Provide more chairs to sit in the waiting area.
Transportation/rental car prices were somewhat high."
