Customer services good until the day we check out. We booked this hotel thru Expedia for 10 nights and hotel over charged us. Expedia services always exceptional except this creepy hotel. I will defiantly not recommended this place to anyone. Specially ppl who travel from United States and over seas. As soon as I returned to United States I do file complaint at Ramada corporate office.
