Möbel in Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer alt und teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Schiebetüren und Schubladen nur mit Gewalt zu bedienen. Sonnenschirm defekt. Haustüre klemmt wir hatten immer Angst um den Schlüssel.Alles Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand zu reparieren wären.Leider haben diese Dinge unseren Gesamteindruck getrübt. Kein Pool, aber wer braucht den schon, wenn man das Meer vor der Tür hat. Ein kleines Paradis für alle, die nicht in die großen all-inklusive-Bettenburgen möchten. Strand immer angenehm leer. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings liegt das Appartment in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem kleinen Neubaukomplex mit Supermarkt, Bar und Restaurants. Unter der Woche war es herrlich still, nur ein ständiges leises Motorengeräusch einer Klimaanlage o.ä. aus dem benachbarten Restaurantkomplex, an das wir uns aber gewöhnt haben. Am Wochenende (wohl noch ein besonderer Feiertag) allerdings wummerte die Musik kräftig bis spät in die Nacht. Die Terrasse ist lediglich im vorderen Bereich einsehbar von den Gästen der Tapas-Bar. Zum größten Teil ist am komplett privat vor allen Blicken geschützt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen, die eine kleine Oase abseits des allgegenwärtigen Massentourismus suchen. ##### Barbara R. Er ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet und ermöglicht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Man kann selbst kochen, auf der großen Terrasse essen oder auch, vor Blicken geschützt, sonnenbaden, deutsche Fernsehsender empfangen und hat nur einen kurzen Weg hinunter zum Strand. Stayed 10 nights in Jul 2018 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Viktoria F. 23 Mar 2018 #### Directly on beach, supermarket very close, excellent location it was a super holiday, we enjoyed a lot. we were here with 2 kids and the appartement is perfect for a family of 4\. the owner is very helpful and friendly. he was always available during our stay. spectacular sea view. direct beach access. supermarket is very close. easy to park for free on the street. i have to remarks: the hair dryer is a disaster definately not for a woman with long hair. hope it will be replaced with a new one soon. the other one: the hot water tank is extremely small. one person can have a shower comfortably. than others have to wait to have hot water again. i think there is enough space for a double size water tank. ##### Viktoria F. Enige nadeel is dat er geen airco is en dat je bij bepaalde weersomstandigheden last kan hebben van muggen omdat je dus alles open laat. BVN tv te ontvangen. Supermarkt is vlakbij, bakkertje om de hoek. Ook restaurants en autoverhuur is op loopafstand. Voor 'grote' boodschappen beter naar Jandía rijden naar grote Spar, maar in Costa Calma zijn de basics ook prima te krijgen. Er zijn genoeg handoeken voor een week, blijf je langer geen probleem er is een wasmachine aanwezig. ##### Brigitte B. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Tanja M. 27 Nov 2010 #### Traumhafte Lage am Meer, tolle Unterkunft Wir waren im März 2010 für 10 Tage im Bungalow und haben uns sofort mit unseren Kindern (2 und 6 Jahre) dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und sauber, die strandnahe Lage ein Traum, der Blick von der Terrasse fantastisch. Ein Großteil unseres Alltages hat sich auf der großen Terrasse und natürlich am Strand abgespielt. Der Bungalow liegt ruhig, der große Spar-Supermarkt und Bäcker sowie das Einkaufszentrum nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Boerman war hervorragend. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren sehr gut vorbereitet und eben so gut betreut. In jeder Hinsicht weiter zu empfehlen. Empfehlenswert sind die Tauchschule und Windsurfschule vor Ort. Es gibt günstige Autovermieter in der Nähe. Das Restaurant mit typisch kanarischer Küche (Namen weiß ich nicht mehr, aber es gibt nur eins), als auch das "Restaurante" am Sandstrand (nur frischer Fisch) sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wer an Kultur und landestypischen Dingen interessiert ist, findet hier kaum etwas. Man muss ein,hauptsächlich von Briten geprägtes Urlaubsumfeld mögen. Der Strand ist sandig und flach und für Kinder geeignet. Wer an Land und Leuten interessiert ist, dem empfehle ich, ein Fahrrad auszuleihen und Tagestouren ins Landesinnere, oder an andere Küstenabschnitte zu fahren. Ansonsten ist es meist sonnig, warm, windig. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Jungs (16 und 14), haben ziemlich verschiedene Urlaubsinteressen bzw. -ansprüche - und der Ort war ein gelungener Kompromiss.
