In der Umgebung war alles für den täglichen Bedarf notwendige fußläufig zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vor dem Haus oder in Seitenstrassen leicht zu finden. Der gesamte Aufenthalt von 9 Tagen hat Spass gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist insbesondere für Selbstversorger sehr zu empfehlen.
