Close to a palm forest with the new walk and next to supermarkets, shopping centres, bus, banks, restaurants, pubs, etc. Fully equipped with furniture, household goods, electrical appliances (TV with individual and collective satellite dish, radio, fridge, a ceramic hob, a electrical oven, coffee machine, etc.). It has a terrace of 14m, where you see the sea, completeley equipped (hammocks, clothes horse, etc.). Private parking. In the zone, all kinds of water sports can be practised. Ideal for a few calm and sunny vacations!!!
