Unser Urlaub war so geplant, dass wir die erste Woche in Costa Calma und die zweite im Norden der Insel verbringen. Es handelt sich um eine schon in die Jahre gekommen jedoch sehr gut gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut aufgeteilt. Das Gebäudekomplex der Wohnhausanlage jedoch schaut äußerlich sehr desolat aus und hat uns anfangs sehr geschreckt. Aber dann als wir in die Wohnung hinein kamen, bekamen wir sofort einen äußerst positiven Eindruck: von der Sauberkeit, freundlich und geschmacklich stimmiger Einrichtung . Es ist alles vorhanden was man so zum Wohnen benötigt. Die Lage war optimal für unsere Ausflüge, zusätzlich gab es genug Parkplatzmöglichkeiten. Die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist besonders hervorzuheben, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und möchten uns nochmal für eine tolle Zusammenarbeit bedanken. Cons: Weil wir danach einen direkten Vergleich mit einer anderen Ferienwohnung hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass man im Norden qualitativ bessere und oft wirklich sehr schöne Wohnungen finden kann, zudem deutlich preiswerter als im Süden der Insel. Die gesamte Insel Fuerteventura ist sehr schön. Ich weiß nicht warum da so ein gravierender Preisunterschied zwischen Nord / Süd ist ?. Daher würden wir in Costa Calma nicht wieder übernachten wollen, nachdem wir diesen direkten Vergleich gemacht haben. Und ich muss hinzufügen, dass wir im Norden um 314 € weniger bezahlt haben als im Süden (für die gleiche Aufenthaltsdauer, dafür mehr Leistung). Natürlich wurden wir nicht gezwungen die teurere Ferienwohnung zu nehmen und wir bereuen es bestimmt nicht, dort zu übernachten ☺️ es war schön, nur halt zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Cons: Die Außenfassade, jedoch schmälert dies nicht die Qualität der FeWo an sich. ---
