Simple but

Overall the appartment was in good condition but was a bit disappointed when I first arrived, firstly the check-in, you have to wait in front of a green gate and be lucky for someone to let you in, the. You get a code to find keys.

Service to forget

Hi, just to summarize : check in was easy and quick, but thats all that was good. Place is looking much better in the pictures than actually it is. Location is good, its our 6th stay in Costa Calma so we know what is where and etc. Soon after check in the host requested that we pay extra 70 euros for cleaning ( apparently this is in a small print ( but i refused it completely ), from the very first day we could not use bathroom as it was blocked and water was coming out on the floor if we try to take shower or use sink , contacted host and lady promised to fix it straight away but it never was fixed during our stay, so we have to take showers at friends apartment who were staying in same complex. Other that that all was ok, but would never stay here again.

Gastos de limpieza a parte

La experiencia fue buena, sitio cómodo, cerca de todo si tienes coche y agradable. Nuestra única sorpresa fue que al llegar había un gasto a parte de limpieza con el que no contábamos. Creo que no viene correctamente indicado y a más de un cliente le ha pasado como a nosotros, por lo que he preferido marcarlo como comentario, ya que muchos usuarios lo tenemos más en cuenta que la propia descripción pormenorizada del anunciante. En mi caso supuso un 30% de recargo sobre la reserva, por lo que no se si habría elegido este apartamento al no poder compararlo correctamente con otros de precio final similar.

Schlechter Geruch zur Überraschung

Von außen nur anhand von Fotos zu identifizieren. Sind ausgezogen! Ekliger Geruch, verschmierter Dreck auf den Zimmerböden undichter Waschtisch, Schimmel an den Silikonkanten, unsaubere Fensterriegel, Bettwäsche gewaschen aber nicht sauber und Ameisen in der Küche. Und dann kostet die Reinigung 70€!!! NIE WIEDER

Fuerte Holiday Duplex

Il Fuerte Holiday Duplex è un condominio con appartamenti a schiera pertanto non dispone di reception. Le operazioni di check-in avvengono solamente per telefono e nonostante l'appuntamento telefonico, è stato necessario diverso tempo per accedere alle chiavi in quanto il telefono da chiamare è stato occupato per molto tempo. Il condominio è nella parte finale ed interna di Costa Calma; non è contrassegnato dal numero civico e quindi non è facile individuarlo. un riferimento facile è il Centro Islamico nelle immediate vicinanze L'appartamento era arredato con gusto (IKEA), pulito e ben fornito e con WI-FI. Segnalo che l'appartamento è privo di aria condizionata o ventilatori a soffitto, non è prevista la pulizia giornaliera mentre per quella finale viene è obbligatorio pagare 70 euro. Ciò fa lievitare i costi che quindi si posizionano nella fascia alta di mercato di Costa Calma. Per concludere:

Detta boende bör inte klassas som hotell. Det står att det är begränsad städning, men det är ingen städning. Vi var tvungna att säga till flera gånger för att få nya lakan och handdukar en gång per vecka under vår 3 veckors vistelse. Det står att vi ska få fritt vatten på flaska. Efter att ha frågat om detta fick vi en flaska och de sa att det bara gällde vid ankomst. Wifi fungerade dåligt, vilket vi påpekade flera gånger. Dålig vägbeskrivning, taxin hade svårt att hitta på grund av detta. All kommunikation med ägarna sker via mail/sms

Totally disasified

We did not stay at this appt. because firstly my phone would not work in this area so I could not call the owner. Secondly, the owner of a local bar rang for me he was very helpful. I spoke to the owner who said I could not go if I had no commication. I asked her to meet me at the appt. which she refused point blank and said there was nothing she could do. She was more interested in telling me about the 70 Euro cleaning fee which caused her such problems. What a way to do business!! The local man was disgusted at our treatment and made a call to a nearby hotel so that we had a bed for the night. We stayed at the Matas Blancas which you probably know. We are not happy with our treatment and her attitude. I know the confirmation says ring ahead but my phone had no signal here. I think this property should be removed from the website as it is not suitable for travellers.

eigentliche hübsche Anlage, leider ist das Objekt nicht sehr gepflegt, zB. funktionieren die Solarleuchten im Garten nicht, die Agaven sind vertrocknet, der Esstisch ramboniert, die Bettdeckennutzung nicht richitg erklärt, es fehlte Putzzeuge ( Abwaschmittel, Bürste)

Hidden charge £70 for a 1 night clean ridiculous!

We didn't stay here because as we were leaving to go to the hotel we received a phone call informing us the great price we thought we had booked had an additional charge of a Whoping! £70 for a clean after the 1 night we were stopping. We decided to loose the £30 we thought were paying as we found the Lambrandt Golden Beach was £104 All inclusive for both of us. So a much better deal! Nicer hotel & food & drink included for same price! The surprise charge was in small print at the very bottom of the booking confirmation so felt deceived!

CUCARACHAS

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE VIAJE DE MI VIDA. Nunca escribo por aquí, pero la ocasión lo merece. Complejo infestado de CUCARACHAS en la zona del jardín y dentro de los apartamentos. Trato nefasto por parte de los propietarios, que se limitaron a decir que era un problema habitual en la isla y no aceptaron negociar la devolución, al menos, de parte del dinero, ya que estuvimos allí solo 30 min porque era insoportable. Para mas inri, uno de ellos nos colgó el teléfono cuando intentábamos hablar con él y nos bloqueó los móviles, por lo que no pudimos contactarle más. La otra propietaria explicó que estaban fumigando; ¿es normal alojar a huéspedes en una zona en proceso de fumigación? SURREALISTA Y ASQUEROSO.

Grazioso appartamento

Siamo stati in quel appartamento per 2 settimane di settembre, abbiamo sempre parlato al telefono con i titolari essendo che non ci fosse una reception a cui fare riferimento. L'idea della chiave con password che trovi all'entrata la trovo originale e comoda, Il problema vero e proprio sono le blatte in giro che puoi trovare per casa, noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il contatore che dava un po' i numeri per non so quale ragione. Il mio giudizio personale è buono, ben strutturato e buon arredamento,carino e comodo per due persone. Comoda la lavanderia dentro al complesso e comodo il mini Market all'entrata che è sempre aperto per prendere il necessario. Consigliato per prezzo e comodità del luogo

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement bien équipé, propre et confortable dans jolie résidence. Commerces et restaurants proches, plage accessible à pied (15 min environ). Seul point négatif : pas de point d'accueil donc pas évident si besoin de renseignements sur les alentours.

Apartamento bien ubicado.

Para empezar no es un hotel si no unos apartamentos de tiempo compartido. Están bien, limpios, con piscina y bien ubicado. Lo único que no me gustó es que el precio por noche no incluye los 70€ de limpieza que se pagan aunque estes menos de 24hrs, como en nuestro caso.
