Excl. new villa with panoramic sea herlichen overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in front of Fuerteventura / Costa Calma. The villa is located in a excl. Residential area of ​​Costa Calma on a 500m large property, with private pool and tropical private garden. There are only a few meters from the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with qualitative very high quality materials, which run through the whole villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace on the right of the pool is located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the region of Costa Calma.

Great quiet location for families

The villa is spotless clean. They cleaned up the pool twice during our 1 week stay there. The location is fantastic with really great views to see the sunset. In terms of other things to be aware of: the villa next door is under construction and they did a lot of noise and dust during our stay. Also you'll need a car to go around as it is far away from any restaurants or shops. Not a problem for us, but better to be prepared. The internet was a bit slow, but I've been able to work remotely without much issues. Overall a really nice villa with amazing views and Jose was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a really quiet and enjoyable holiday.

Property was in great location, lovely quiet relaxing area, definitely need hire car to get around and explore island as it has amazing landscape, takes about 2 hours to get from top to bottom of island, Also thing to bare in mind, there is a couple of nudist beaches, and people do walk along the beach nude. Great sea views from property, property very private, pool cleaner comes twice a week Tuesdays and fridays, there is everything you need in the property. There is a TV in the property with a lot of channels, but we couldn't find any English channels, that didn't bother us as we spent most nights outside talking, but if you have children or are a TV lover then it's something to bare in mind, and would need to take laptop or tablet with you, advert states hot tub but there was no hot tub at property, 100% loved the villa and area, hosts were great at communication and met us at the property on arrival, 1st time in Fuerteventura will definitely be going back and will definitely be staying at this villa again

Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt und haben einen Rundgang mit allen wichtigen Infos erhalten. Das Haus und der Außenbereich war tip top sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. :-)

Traumhaus in Traumlage!

Wir waren jetzt schon ein zweites mal in der Villa Julia. Für uns ist es wie nach Hause kommen gewesen. Wir können uns dort perfekt erholen. Ist eine super Lage mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und Costa Calma und dass in absoluter Ruhe.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und auch immer erreichbar und antworten sofort.Wir hatten immer ein gutes Gefühl und deshalb werden wir auch bald wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr netter Gastgeber

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber José war supernett, die Übergabe verlief schnell und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und ruhig am Ortsrand von Costa Calma. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt.

Traumhaft und ruhig

Uns gefiel die Lage sehr gut am Ortsrand von Costa Calma in leicht erhöhter Lage. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und man sehr schön die Stille genießen. Es war alles sehr sauber und es ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bei Rückfragen melden sie sich direkt.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist herrlich etwas oberhalb von Costa Calma, deshalb windet es etwas mehr! Ein Windschutz wäre genial, so dass man noch mehr die Aussicht genießen könnte. Vera und Jose sind sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine tollen Meerblick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr ruhig gelegen, toller Aussenbereich zum Relaxen, ob im Schatten oder in der Sonne. La estancia ha sido muy positiva y agradable. Hemos desconectado de todo que es lo que buscábamos. Nada a objetar excepto 2 puntos importantes que se pueden solventar: - Televisión: Sólo canales alemanes. - Wifi: No está el router en la casa y por tanto la cobertura es débil, nos quedábamos muchos veces sin señal. El resto muy bien! DESTACO Las 4 plazas son literales! hemos sido 5 y pensábamos que habría una cama extra plegable pero no, hubo que dormir uno de nosotros en un sofá.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Besitzern des Objekts. Sind wirklich sehr nette Menschen. Das Haus und das Anwesen waren sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Insgesamt war es eine sehr angenehme Zeit.

Villa arredata in maniera impeccabile

L'arredamento della villa è curato anche nei minimi dettagli. Bello il giardino, bella la piscina e curatissimi gli interni. Per quanto riguarda la villa, tutto quindi pregevole ed apprezzabile. Non abbiamo invece apprezzato la presenza di due cani nella villa confinante che nelle ore diurne venivano lasciati abbaiare mentre invece nelle ore notturne venivano probabilmente rinchiusi e quindi non li sentivamo abbaiare.
