    quiet and closed complex with community pool + loungers and tennis court
    wind-protected balcony, flat screen TV, modern solid wood furniture,
    walk-in closet, high quality kitchen equipment incl. Ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, non-smoking apartment.
    The two bedrooms are separately accessible to the right and left of the living room and the windows are equipped with fly screens.
    On the balcony with sea view, 4 people can comfortably sit at the table. There is also space for a drying rack and does not interfere with sitting on the balcony.
    Beach towels are available and can be taken to the gently sloping, family and child-friendly sandy beach.
    A Spar supermarket is located in the neighboring apartment complex, larger supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance in max. 10 minutes to reach.
