The three rooms on street level where you park with a common lobby room, with a day room for those who need to stow stuff on a checkout day, There is a great breakfast and coffee on the upper floor large balcony overlooking a naturalized area with wild pigs, cows, chickens, tree frogs, birds, and a wonderful view of the ocean. It is a unique place to stay in Hawaii and in an area that we find most interesting near the snorkeling sites and restaurants of Captain Cook. Good value."

It's very quiet and relaxing, with enough space to spread out but also nice places to hang out together. Bring binoculars to check out the dolphins in the bay most days. "
