Il y a un plan de travail dans la cuisine salle à manger mais il est encombré d’appareils ( micro onde four cafetière )ce qui fait qu'il y a peu d'espace pour cuisiner. Des étagères auraient permis de libérer l'espace. et de donner plus de confort. De plus cela manque un peu de matériel : une petite poêle une paire de ciseaux, un sèche cheveux...car la grande poêle touche la paroi du petit mur avec une belle étagère en bois, séparant salon et cuisine. La douche est dans le salon et donne sur un meuble très étroit où est posée la TV à un cm du bord de chaque coté, ce qu rend difficile l'accès à la douche. Nous avons préféré déplacer la télé et la mettre sur une petite table pour que cela soit plus stable et nous avons déplacé cette table avec TV dès que nous prenions une douche pour éviter de renverser la TV. Les robinets du lavabo d'une des chambres fuient un peu quand on les ouvrent doucement. Il faut les ouvrir à jet u peu plus fort pour qu'ils ne fuient pas . Une petite étagère en verre est au dessus du lavabo et est un peu insuffisante. Une belle planche un peu plus large aurait été plus belle et plus fonctionnelle. Si la douche est assez grande le mélangeur fonctionne mal au point que nous avons appelé le propriétaire car nous n'arrivions pas à régler la douche, ce qu'il a fait très courtoisement. Les meubles sont vieillots récupération de petites armoires mais sans harmonie entre eux. Le canapé est dur car il s'agit en fait d'un canapé de jardin en osier recouvert de coussins. Pour résumer c'est un joli appartement tout en blanc mais mal équipé et pas assez fonctionnel. Par contre le cadre est splendide et de notre fenêtre on voyait la mer.C'est un appartement très bien situé et le jardin et la terrasse ont beaucoup de cachet. En améliorant le meublé et sa fonctionnalité, ce logis serait très agréable. ##### Gilbert D. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Dusche befindet sich in einer Nische, die vom Wohn/Küchenbereich abgeht (Abtrennung nur durch die Duschabtrennung aus Glas) Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über Waschbecken. Hervorzuheben sind der schöne Garten mit großen Palmen und die tolle Aussicht zur Meeresbucht auf der einen und zum Garten auf der anderen Seite. L'accès à la terrasse et au jardin partagés, est aisé, et, nous avons fait connaissance avec nos voisins Allemands forts sympathiques. Nous avons apprécié également la relation cordiale et agréable avec la propriétaire très sympathique. La mer est immédiatement à portée puisqu'il s'agit de traverser la rue pour y accéder. Nous avons été surpris de ne pas avoir de salle de bain, mais seulement une douche dans un placard et 1 lavabo dans chaque chambre avec l'eau chaude et l'eau froide séparée ! Plaque de cuisson électrique tombée en panne dès le 1er jour, mais remplacée aimablement par le propriétaire par un réchaud à gaz. Par contre très belle vue sur la mer. ##### Gérard P. Il faut prendre en compte également les voisins du rez de chaussé , l'isolation est un tantinet spartiate ! ##### marie C. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Antoine T. 21 Jul 2015 #### Calme et proche de la mer Avec ma femme et ma fille de 1an et demi, nous avons loué un T3 équivalent à celui de l'annonce, situé au RDC de cette maison. Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement : mer à proximité (100 mètres), centre ville et port à 3 minutes en voiture (15min à pied). Il est facile de se garer dans la rue qui est très calme. Nous avons pu également profiter de la terrasse qui donne sur un jardin ombragé. L'appartement est conforme à la description et les propriétaires restent à notre écoute en cas de besoin.
