Part of a complete rebuild in 2016 now called North Base, the apartment was initially developed as owners' accommodation and is now offered as a luxury holiday pad. North Base Apartment has one bedroom with queen bed, heat pump, spa bath and modern fixtures. There is a Queen Murphy bed in the lounge that can be made up by arrangement. (extra person charge applies if only two person booking) There's a washing machine and shared drier & washing line. The north-facing patio has seating for four plus a commercial BBQ with s/s hot plate. If staying with young children, the pullout couch in the apartment is an option. There is parking for one car, two at a squeeze or a car and a boat with the trailer detached. The school car park directly across the road is available on weekends and holidays. North Base Apartment and the patio is very private from the accommodation above. Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town.
