Green. Tranquil. It was a wonderful solo stay. The outdoor vibe - manicured landscaping, lots of greenery and wide spaces to wander about. Indoor - beautifully curated pieces to decorate and warm up the place. The resort is made up of standalone little houses; not a high-rise building. Do expect lots of butterflies and insects from the gardens. And the odd toad here, and a lizard there once in a while. Attention to detail is fantastic. The staff is great, we have been greeted by Ben who made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are unique. Bathroom windows are letting daylight in which is perfect. Breakfast is extensive and the restaurant is one of the best in Pai. All staff member from valet to check in to restaurant and housekeeping were top notch. Breakfast inclusive is like a gift with a nice array of pastries and fruits, and choice of main, and excellent coffee. Rooms are nicely appointed, with vintage decorative motifs throughout resort. Pai is the best gateway to the Mae Hong Son loop, being 3 hours from Chiangmai airport. Arrive early so you can enjoy the property.
