Like every other family resort. The only complain will be the bed. Quite hard as the mattress is spring type and the room has a bit of moldy smell as mine is the pool entrance type. Can’t complain much with the price that I have paid for. A pointer, during the winter, it is too cold to swim at all in Pai. The pools does not look very clean. The staff was very kind and the shuttle was good, but you have to call them if you want to go back to the resort. If you do not have a sim card for thailand, it is a problem.
