The house is simple and quiet and we enjoyed drinking coffee and stargazing on the patio every morning and evening. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing! We had the house and three 5th wheels (they have onsite hook ups for a fee). We had a total of 33 people, 21 vehicles, 4 flat bed trailers, 3 campers. Property has gates you can lock, huge grassy areas for relaxing and having meetings on. Oh and a 3 cubic yard dumpster for trash! It did turn out to be great for our stay! Host is very friendly and response quickly and helpful. The floor outside the bathroom should be fix (very cloud noise when you walk on it).
