Room was clean and smelled nice. They have a dance floor with pretty good music. The only thing I was sad about was that the pool was closed due to weather. Can’t control the weather tho. Good stay!

For a nights stay it was really good. The room was clean and comfortable but getting outdated. The reason for the low on amenities is there is no fridge, microwave, coffeemaker in room and no ice machine. Traveling through it is nice to have those available instead of having to buy them elsewhere. But for a nights stay it worked out well.

Check in was smooth, was charged about 50 dollars more than what Expida quoted when I booked. The tower part of the hotel was pretty dilapidated in some areas. The one elevator was almost dark due to the lights not working, used my cell phone lite to see what button to push. No hot water for a shower, asked other guest on T6 and they didn’t have hot water for a shower either. I will commend the staff and the pit workers, they did a great job. Very friendly and the dealers were friendly and engaged in conversation, Kuddos from the pit boss down. We will probably be back for the floor staff experience but not the room stay. v/r Russ

Rooms were not very clean. Shower and faucet did not work very well. Beds were not comfortable. Trash in the hall ways. Trash and old food on the floor of the elevators. Lobby and casino were nice and clean. Looks like they focus all there efforts on curb appeal and not the rooms.

We were expecting a shower that worked a faucet that didn't leak. Light bulbs that worked and front desk staff that didn't look exasperated when we asked about elevators and to give us directions to our room. We didn't realize shower didn't work until morning. Cafe was great though! Tons of food quick friendly service.

I stayed in a tower room, the air conditioning didn't work well. There was no refrigerator in the room, bought a small cooler to keep cold items in. The room was quiet, but could not get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. The casino floor also had air conditioning issues, certain areas were very warm. If you played on machines near the bar you would be comfortable temperature wise. Food at the Golden Harvest grill was good, but there is better option for food across the street at Montego Bay. Next time I go to wendover I will book my room further ahead of time to get a room at Montego Bay. There does seem to be some renovations going on at the golden nugget, but it will take some time to complete.

Our room this time was a little dirtier. The black out curtains were covered in holes. The pillows on the bed were really hard and not very comfortable. All the staff was great and very helpful. Had a good time again.
