The best views in Pagosa Springs! This modern, new, cabin has endless, panoramic views of the mountains. The Pagosa Peak Cabin at The Ridge will provide you with a relaxing, comfortable experience on 72 acres and just 1.5 miles from the heart of Pagosa! Access our private hiking trail on the property just out your door, the perfect spot to stretch your legs and enjoy the scenery.

Thoughtfully designed and built, the cabin was created to be the perfect vacation rental. Drawing on our own traveling experiences to make it a cozy home base for a private getaway or a jumping off point to access all that the mountains have to offer. Furnished with everything we could think you would need. We clean and maintain the cabin ourselves so we can give special attention to every detail for each guest.

Relax and sleep well in the private bedroom with a king bed and a separate heat and air conditioning system to keep you at the perfect temperature.

At the top of our custom, locally made, ship’s ladder you will find a sleeping loft with 3 twin beds and breathtaking views.

Well behaved dogs are welcome (Maximum 2 dogs) Be sure to include your dogs in your reservation. No cats are allowed. Please be mindful to not allow dogs to roam unattended at anytime during your stay nor leave them to bark while you are away. Other dogs may be staying in nearby cabins. We welcome friendly dogs who are not aggressive.

4WD vehicle requirement: It is required that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in the winter months and/or good snow tires.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Secluded Hilltop cabin

The Perfect Cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin. Great location too. Cabin had everything we needed and more. Deer watching, stargazing and enjoying the beautiful scenery was our favorite part. Truly a gem!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This is a beautiful spot to enjoy nature and the mountains in a comfortable and beautifully designed little cabin. Close to town, but we didn’t want to leave - morning coffee and afternoon wine on the deck enjoying the view was too lovely to pass up! Hosts were hospitable and responsive while being respectful of our privacy. Love the special accommodations for dogs and convenient hiking trails, too.

Beautiful view!

This cabin is a special place! The views are, as advertised, spectacular. The cabin itself is clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well furnished. There are nice thoughtful little touches throughout. And it was pet-friendly! The hosts were very responsive. Check in and out was easy. My husband and I had everything we needed for a relaxing 2-night stay (in fact, we really didn't even want to go anywhere else!). I would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing week here! We woke up to wildlife outside our window almost every day. It was a much-needed and very healing trip. We’ve always loved Southern Colorado, and this cabin made it even better. We were there during the recent historic flooding, and the cabin was the coziest place to be. We can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our time was. The hosts were fantastic and friendly!

Magnificent Mountain View!

Wonderful, modern cabin minutes from town was perfect for a couple’s getaway! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and the bonus was the deck with a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. Overall, a fabulous experience!

Perfect!

Sarah is super responsive! The place was furnished and equipped to perfection, it had everything anyone could possibly need. Very view from the property was spectacular!! The hiking trail was absolutely amazing and a perfect way to kick off every morning with the dogs. I’m not sure who liked it more, me or the dogs! We also managed to see the July 4th fireworks show from the property which was an added bonus. Not just pet friendly, but super pet accommodating with extra dog bowls and doggy sheets! We will definitely be back!!!
