The primary living area is on the second level, accessible by a staircase from the ground floor. The second bedroom and loft are on the third level, requiring an additional staircase for access. • All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense) • This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. The nightly pet fee is $ 40.00, with a maximum of $250.00\. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
