  • Centrally located and close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the famous Pagosa Hot Springs. This home is on a quiet street that's a 10-minute walk from the lake, perfect for sunrise/sunset walks. It's perfect for family gatherings or cozy enough for romantic getaways. Enjoy Starlink WiFi (best in town), 3 smart TVs and access to the local rec center. In addition to the amenities listed, this kitchen also has an air fryer.

    This is a one-story home with an open kitchen & living room, a fully fenced backyard and a garage. One master bedroom with king size bed and two more bedrooms with king size beds and a full bathroom between.

    This is NOT a pet-friendly home.
    This home does not have AC.
