The home allows 1–2 well-behaved dogs (under 40 lbs.), provided they are kenneled while you're out and accompanied when you're home. Despite the peaceful surroundings, you're just a short drive from grocery stores, local restaurants, hot springs, and outdoor recreation. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring. There is a one-time total pet fee of $30, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 40 lbs. or less AND be kenneled, when owner not present. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
