"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. "Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!"

We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. "Haben spontan gebucht und wurden daher auch nicht erwartet. Wurden jedoch von den Eltern sympatisch empfangen. Leider hatte es keine CI Karte im TV und dadurch konnten wir auch nicht fernsehen. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. An sonsten stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis."

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. "The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"We stayed here for 2 nights in the month of early April. The appartment is beautiful. Elena was so helpful for everything, she was always available for any need. Location was 10 km away from lake Garda and it is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountain. Room was cozy,very clean.bathroom was very spacious. The seating area was also nice to enjoy the view from balcony.The only difficulties i faced was the kitchen was on the 1 st floor and it was outside. But it was my mistake while booking...
