"Beautiful villa with breathtaking views in great location. Photos do not do it justice. My husband and I have been coming to the Paphos region for 20 years. Laura Hills is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Set in a peaceful part of Peyia, the villa is equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic family holiday. Tracy & Nicos were wonderful hosts prior to our arrival, provided a generous welcome pack (including our favourite Cypriot beer & wine) & went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is very clean & all rooms are fully air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A lovely dining area & relaxing lounge area with large tv; has sports & access to Netflix too. WiFi was also appreciated. We used both bedrooms upstairs. Both have their own en-suite which my tween daughter was delighted about. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bed linens & fully air conditioned. Both bedrooms have balconies which open out to stunning views overlooking Peyia and the Coral Bay coastline. Outdoors there is a large wraparound terrace with both sunny and shaded areas to relax and sunbathe. The pool was lovely with a shower area & cleaned every couple of days. We also had a mid-stay clean too which was much appreciated. We had a late flight home & Tracy kindly gave us a late check out so we were still able to relax on our last day. An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation! "Peter and Robbie were excellent work communication from the day we booked to the day we left. Villa perfect pool perfect . Cannot fault anything at all. Can walk to a couple of restaurants and coral bay a short 5 min drive. We are all sad to be going home. Would definitely book again . "

"We loved the upgraded windows, shutters and glass surrounding the top veranda. Villa behind still isn’t complete but there was no work going on when we there. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so had a few days out but spent most days just lazing round the pool. We walked down to the 3 local restaurants for lunches and a few evening meals, all lovely. Last time our favourite was Nature but this time we liked Sea Caves Tavern. Villa is in a great location to walk to good restaurants but a car is handy for shopping (although Phillipos do deliver) and for days out. "

"We spoke with the owner and every responce was 5 minuites would definitely stay here again if we didn't want to use the pool as its 97 steps down and upbut if thats no problem definitely go for this apartment, we enjoyed our stay 100%"

"Joe was a fantastic host, with great communication before and during our stay at Villa CallistaProperty Manager James popped in to see us on our first day and gave us his Whatsapp number in case of any issues during our stay.The villa itself is a wonderful place, well maintained, modern with everything we needed during our two week stay with a modern fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and washing machine.The outside space was also fantastic and the pool was amazing!A car would required if you want to venture outside of Peyia with Coral Bay Strip only a 10 min drive away and Paphos Harbour area 35 mins.Overall a fantastic villa David & Linda"

"Property is tired – broken cooking hob, parts of the jacuzzi broken, multiple shower tiles cracked and blown, early onset of black mould on ceiling (looked like it had been repaired previously). Loads of dried bird poo on all patios... looked like it had been there for weeks. Incredibly noisy washing machine. Woken in the morning by loud noises and crashes at the villa by workmen delivering building materials and solar panels on the roof of the villa. The men and materials were sitting on a telehandler that was above our hire car – no warning that this was going to happen by the host, and a half-hearted apology when we notified them. They said that they did not know that the workmen were coming (even though there was a drone buzzing around above all of the villas several days earlier – we now know that they were probably surveying where to stop the materials on the roof)! This whole episode lasted several hours as they were also dropping off materials on the neighbouring villas roofs (very noisy). Workmen came back several days later and installed all of the neighbouring villas (including one that directly overlooked our patio, swimming pool and dining area) doing one villa per day!!!!Avoid these villas if you want a relaxing, quiet stay. Hosts could only email semi-automated responses to our complaints saying that our 'comfort and enjoyment' remained their highest priority... it clearly wasn't."

"The villa was amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough. It's clean, spacious, had lovely marble flooring, the kitchen was well equipped, the air con and fans were hugely beneficial. The pool was lovely. It's very modern and has great equipment and in an ideal location. It has a carport which keeps the car clean and cool. It has a study and WiFi throughout the villa. There are supermarkets and cafes and restaurants in an abundance close by and Paphos is 25 minutes away. We had a slight issue locating the villa in the dark when we arrived, but the villa is located using these What3Words: stud.zoomed.chevronsAlso the front door, make sure you turn it once to the right and then another half turn to the right again Can highly recommend and would happily stay here again! "
