"Easy to follow directions to villa. Great location, not far from village, Coral Bay, beach and supermarket. One bedroom on same level as lounge, other two upstairs. Nice kitchen, equpped with everything you need. There were some cleaning products also. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds in all rooms. Efficient air con. Plenty of sun loungers, lovely pool, which was warm in the afternoon. Double bedroom upstairs with large on suite, shower room on same floor which looks like its been recently renovated. Good water pressure. Good communication with host, no issues with villa when we were there. Had a fantastic time. Hoping to book for next year! "

"The property serviced us very well as a multigenerational family with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for 13 people. The view was stupendous from the porch and a terrific breeze which made it pleasant. The pool and pool area were wonderful and kept us cool. The kitchen equipment was kind of old but all worked. We had some issues with airconditioners and Demetris dealt with it with extraordinary responsiviness sensitivity to our needs, way beyond our expectations. We did have very hot weather and the hours that there was no breeze from about 17-20 the heat was a challange especially with no airconditioners in the living room or kitchen. That said we had a wonderful time and would go back in a flash. "

"Had a fantastic time in Cyprus. The apartment was just as it said it was. My only problem and its not a massive problem and its been the same every time we have been to Cyprus. Is the AC goes off after 2 hours. Not easy to sleep and i do understand why, but don't make it any better for me. "
