"Our party of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The cottage was exactly as it appeared in the pictures! The welcome amenities were so kind and the history provided about the cottage was fascinating. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn’t do any cooking because of how many amazing restaurants are in Padstow. "The property was easy to find and within walking distance of the town. However, we had no hot water on the first morning and there were at least 5 light bulbs missing. Had to call the Caretaker to sort the water but the bulbs and thermostat should have been checked. The bathroom is really dated and electric shower didn't work on the last day. As a party of 6 adults we expected to find the kitchen better equipped as we were cooking a Christmas dinner. No oven gloves or handle for the grill pan....
