The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family villa with private pool, sun loungers and a large, furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Dedicated private parking, not shared with the other apartment, electric car charging station, barbecue on the terrace. It is a 5-minute walk from the lake and the favorite equipped beach in Padenghe. The apartment, furnished in an ancient and modern style, offers an equipped kitchen of the latest generation, fully equipped. A large and spacious living room furnished in an antique style. Three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Pets are not allowed. Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals. To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security. All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
