"Beautiful Hotel in the Bella Vista neighborhood within walking distance to Avenida España and Avenida Argentina. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. I walked from here to Casco Antigua and back every day. Wonderful city! My room was huge, big bed, excellent shower and cold AC. Front Desk Staff is very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping is superb!"

"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced.
