Basic but thats all you need. Could have done with a kettle for tea/coffee but the breakfast was good and the location perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Didn't stop us having a great time in Rome!

The breakfast was very basic with some crossionts, boiled egg, and few slices of cuts. The rooms are super basic but clean The location is however exceptional, just 15 minutes walk to Colloseum

Property was kept clean even with the storms that were going our first few days there. Staff kept the grounds clean of the tree debris and cleaned the pools out each morning. The rooms were clean, and they serviced the rooms daily(took out trash, made the beds, cleaned the bathroom, etc) Will stay ...

Laundry service was very expensive eg. $8 for a pair of socks, $11 for a t-shirt. The Mountain View was good although you could still see all other buildings, a car park. We had to move rooms twice due to poor air conditioning (no heating during a storm), damp smell, noisy construction work right ...
