"Very nice and beautiful view! The Pool needed some work but it looks like upgrades are coming soon! Loved the vibe and accessibility to beach, shops, etc. Got a great massage at the spa and food was good. The live band at the bar was great!"

"As a frequent traveler, I rarely leave things to chance when planning any trip I take. I booked this ahead of time to coincide with a layover, before an international flight the next day. My father had an unexpected, serious medical event, prompting us to reschedule our departure, twice. He was released 3 days later, and we had to cut our trip down to 5 days. When I reached out to advise we wouldn't be checking in until a day later, after explaining our reason, I was met with the most grace I'd experienced in customer service in a very, very long time. The hotels.com agent who helped me went above and beyond to reach out to the hotel and advocate on my behalf. Whomever he spoke with in the hotel's management, reassured the agent that not only would she ensure the reservation dates were revised herself, she would also refund the unused night. Neither of them had to do this. After spending all weekend with my father in the hospital, these acts of kindness and generosity are a testament that there still people out there who believe in the Golden Rule, as I do. This property will be our go-to in the future when staying in the area."

"The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are dated, stuck in the late 80's. There was a lingering tobacco smell in my room. The carpet was in a bad shape. All the bathroom and kitchen surfaces and appliances were old and in rough shape. The cable TV STB in the bedroom wasn't working due to a bad connection but I was able to fix it. The employees were very nice and hospitable - they exceeded my expectations."

The location was perfect for our needs as we only travelled at the most 15 minutes away. We did not use the rail system but it was within walking distance."
