"Had amazing stay, staff was great, beach was beautiful and it didn’t feel overcrowded. I would only say that the buffet could have a bit more options but other than that it was good."

"We stayed at the Bon Hotel. The location on the map is not accurate, it is very far away from the beach and activities/ammenities. It is shown on the map on Expedia as being by the beach and other properties but it is not. The picture shows the location we were expecting but it is nowhere near there. It requires a lot of travel time and walking to get to anywhere. There is really nothing other than a very small lobby bar on the Bon property. The closest pool was a 5 minute walk away. Rooms were great, staff was amazing, property is beautiful, it is just not what we were expecting based on the pictures and location shown on Expedia. The Vidanta World property is massive and somewhat difficult to navigate, could definitely use more signage. Food and drinks are expensive, and taking a taxi anywhere off property is also very expensive. Despite it being a beautiful property we will not return due to the size and effort required to get anywhere."

"Amazing pools loved the adults area. Only downside was our room we didn’t get serviced for 2 days . But we had positive mindset did reach out to the team for assistance took some time to get stuff done again we remained calm. We loved the beach club they provided transportation. The bar staff was amazing . Drinks were yummy !"
