However, there is a sand dune in front of the house that can become steep, do to the changing ocean tides and wind that move the sand around. We loved the view from the windows. Comfortable beds and couches. It was outdated and needed a deep cleaning. One thing you might check on, the upstairs shower was leaking into the laundry room sink. The location and views do not get much better than this. However, no gate code was provided before check in and the pics listed are as if you can just walk out onto a flat beach. We loved our stay! The house has absolutely breathtaking views. The house is older but well kept and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pot / pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. which was great. The only downsides were the internet is not great so my husband had a hard time working. I also didn’t fully understand the cliff / large dune that the house was on. It was a big difficult to navigate with young kids but it all worked out. Plenty of household items to make you feel right at home. The access down to the water was tricky. Going down was not too bad but coming back up was a workout. Wifi password was provided, was able to connect but there was no internet service, so it made for good opportunity to disconnect from the world for a bit! ##### Sheila S. There was plenty of space for the six of us, all cousins over the age of 63\. The view cannot be beat and there is plenty of seating in the house and on the generously sized deck from which to enjoy the incredible view Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We have just a couple of small points: the downstairs shower is very slippery and needs a grab bar; and, the base of the interior stairs needs to have some kind of useful handrail.
