Lower Level: Family room with TV, books, and games—perfect hangout space for kids. Second king ensuite bedroom plus a spacious bunk room that sleeps up to six. Full guest bath with double sinks. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.  
  
Neighborhood  
Located in the peaceful Pacific Seawatch community on the south end of Pacific City, Eagle's View offers the best of both worlds—quiet hillside views and close proximity to town. You'll be just minutes from the beach, Cape Kiwanda, and the Pelican Pub. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Seawatch clubhouse across the street with a pool, gym, and 9-hole mini-golf course.  
  
Please note: No boats, RVs, or trailers are allowed per HOA rules. Occupancy limits may not be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

Most homes require guests be at least 24 years old.  
  
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.  
  
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.  
  
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.  
  
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
