It was also very clean and stocked with lots of extras. It was perfect for our family. The space in the backyard is also nice if you have a dog. The backyard leads to a cool hiking trail up the hill. Our son and dog loved it. In terms of location, it's a simple walk to Pelican/beach. The road leading up to the house was kind of beat up. It had a lot of huge pot holes and when it rained they got filled up with water which made driving through them an adventure. Not that the house has anything to do with per se. The city needs to address that for the residents and guests. We've stayed in Pacific City in past and the rentals are getting expensive for how small the town is. For a two bedroom place, you can't beat this deal. We'd certainly stay here again. ##### Jared P.
