This gorgeous home is in the convenient and quiet Dory Pointe neighborhood near Cape Kiwanda in Pacific City. This is a newer home furnished with quality upgrades cozy touches. The home borders the public BLM forest and Pacific City pathways walking trails. The garage has a ping pong table and some bikes for exploring. Amenities Gas fireplace WIFI/cable TV Gas BBQ Back patio borders forest Near cape Kiwanda beach Outside surfer shower Garage available and has ping-pong and 2 bikes Max cars 3 (contact us about more parking) No Pets Layout- 2 level home. First level entry has garage, living room, kitchen, dining room, porch access and 1/2 bath. Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and full bath with shower only. Bedroom with queen bed. Bedroom with 2 twin/twin bunks and a full hall bath with tub. This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City. Neighborhood: Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.Access Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. Hot tub, and fire pit were fantastic. When i first sat on the couch there was a horrible smell that must have been soaked into the fabric. We called into your customer service and a housekeeper promptly came out to clean it. We finally bought frebreeze with seemed to really work.
