Great location

Overall the hotel was ok. You could hear talking in the rooms above and next door. Came home one night and the key to turn on the light was not working so had to pack up and change rooms in the dark. Ran out of water on the last day. It was a great location to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms are clean the location is centrally located however the AC unit is controlled by hotel management and not you so if you travel during warm days be aware it will be very uncomfortable warm room.

Rooms have no closet! No removable hangers in a cabinet, difficult to hang cloth and not high enough to keep the cloth hanging correctly. Hotel is a mix of new and very old, they still have entry door locks with keys, very inconvenient; They have “push here” stickers in the draw cabinets and a glass water bottle with peel off sticker of the hotel’s name where you can buy it :( They have a great restaurant attached to the lobby with great food, had breakfast twice and it was good, other than that, hotel, price and are is very good

El mobiliario (colchones, muebles, sábanas, etc.) está deteriorado, se ven manchas en los muebles, los colchones son viejos, las cabeceras están sucias, los muebles no son cómodos, el inodoro es viejo (no ecológico), las sábanas están percudidas, hay un olor constante a humedad en las habitaciones.

Limpieza bien y recámara limpia Todo en orden con el lugar Estacionamiento reducido. El lavabo presentaba una ruptura meramente estética, estaba tronado y con pasta para arreglar. Todo lo demás en orden. Solicité early check in y me cobraban 500 pesos para asegurar la entrada a la 1 pm o a disponibilidad la cual no había a mi llegada. El chico del estacionamiento un poco rudo si no haces lo que te pide al pie de la letra. El botones se presentó pero nadie nos ayudó u ofreció ayuda con maletas.

El hotel pequeño pero limpio y muy bien las instalaciones, me gusta mucho, solo que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y caben pocos coches, por lo que te tienes que estacionar en la calle.

En general fue una buena estancia, la habitación muy amplia, limpia. La atención del personal muy buena. El estacionamiento está sumamente pequeño, tenía más expectativas del desayuno, el internet estaba algo lento y sólo se podía conectar un dispositivo aunque la habitación era para 2 personas.

El hotel es increíble, la atención inmejorable. Sin temor a equivocarme tienen la cama más comoda en la que he dormido en un hotel. Sencillamente hicieron mi estadía muy amena, todos son amables, la ubicación me resultó excelente para motivos de trabajo y de conocer la ciudad. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a reservar.
