At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.  
  
Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
