We are from Los Angeles and are here for a family get away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!! All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English. Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's toothbrush for my 7 year old! Doesn’t have a lot of food choices onsite (if you don't have a car with you). Our family tried the Robata Oyama restaurant (Japanese cuisine) and are pleasantly surprised! Good quality is very good. Overall- exceptional experience and would highly recommend!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms were huge, and the service was excellent. We could see Mount Fuji from our windows as well. A bit far from all the usual tourist attractions, but as we rented a car, that was fine for us.

This stay has been amazing! The staff were very friendly and nice. The only con about this stay is that the hotel is pretty far from any of the things that most people want to do in the My Fuji area. The room service was delicious & the balcony Mt Fuji view room was breathtaking!
